Peuterschool De Woelwaters

Peuterschool De Woelwaters is located at Nachtegaal 1 in Hoogkarspel and is part of Kappio. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years in two welcoming, playfully designed groups that invite exploration and development. Our setting is Startblokken certified, reflected in the homely atmosphere and themes that match toddlers’ world of experience. We work closely with the two primary schools in the same building, ensuring a smooth transition and a familiar feeling when the children eventually move on to school. Twice a year we visit the petting farm across the street, where the children meet animals and discover nature. Outdoors, they enjoy our spacious yard with a sandbox and a playhouse with a slide, giving them room to run, climb and explore every day. At De Woelwaters, learning through play is central. We use themes brought to life through arts & crafts, language activities and movement. Each child is given space to grow at their own pace and practice new skills. Our consistent team of dedicated pedagogical staff provides familiarity and a sense of security.
