Welcome to Peuterplein Childcare at Hogenkampseweg 43 in Renkum. We are a small-scale daycare center where a maximum of 16 children aged 0 to 4 years find a second home. With us, everything revolves around learning through play in a safe, homely environment. Our pedagogical staff work with the Peuterplein program: a complete package that stimulates all developmental areas of young children. We focus on language development (including early childhood education), preparatory numeracy, movement and fine motor skills, world orientation, music and social-emotional development. The children get to know 8 attractive themes with Raai de Kraai as their friend. We work with horizontal groups, where babies and toddlers are cared for in separate age groups. This provides peace and structure for each age phase. For the very youngest we have a separate baby room with cribs and changing facilities. Toddlers can play in the spacious group room and the sheltered garden. Our daily schedule is predictable and calm. We start with a joint moment, followed by play and development activities. In between there is room for fruit and drinks. After lunch (bread meal) it's time for rest or sleep. The children sleep in separate sleeping areas with cribs. We take into account individual sleep and eating patterns. Parents are closely involved with us. We share daily information about how your child has been and give tips to take home. With each new theme you receive information about the new vocabulary, rhymes and songs that belong to the theme. This way you can connect at home with what your child experiences at daycare. We find it important that children feel safe and secure. Our location has secure access and we work with familiar faces. We are officially registered and annually inspected by the GGD.
