Peuteropvang Wollepluis

Welcome to Peuteropvang Wollepluis, located at Tyruspad 30 in the Oosterflank district of Rotterdam. We are part of gro-up childcare and provide professional toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years. With us, everything revolves around discovering, playing and developing in a safe and stimulating environment. We operate two fixed toddler groups, each with a maximum of 16 children per session. Group 1 is active on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons. Group 2 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings and Thursday afternoons. We are closed on Wednesday afternoons and during all school holidays. Each group is guided by two permanent pedagogical staff members who give your child personal attention and closely monitor their development. Learning through play is central. We use the Uk & Puk method with recognizable themes such as 'Welcome Puk', 'Cuddles', 'Achoo!' and 'This is me'. The activities focus on language development, early numeracy and social skills. We work in small groups so that every child receives the guidance they need. We regularly use the gymnasium of the adjacent primary school and our own outdoor space for movement activities. Toddlers with an 'extra play and learn' indication receive a VVE program of 960 hours per 1.5 years with us. We work intensively with primary school De Pionier to ensure a continuous developmental line. Parents are actively involved through our parent portal, newsletters and parent meetings. Together we ensure that your child is well prepared to take the step to primary school.
