Peuteropvang Westerschool

Peuteropvang Westerschool is a specialized toddler care facility operated by Kids First, located within the Westerschool building at Groen van Prinstererlaan 24 in Wildervank. We provide care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment. Our facility is open 4 sessions per week and can accommodate up to 14 children per session. We follow the VVE program (Preschool Education) where toddlers from 2.5 years receive 960 hours of preschool education over a period of 1.5 years. This is done through play while focusing on each child's development. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in guiding toddlers and closely monitor each child's development. Every child has their own mentor who serves as the fixed contact point for parents. Our daily schedule is carefully structured with fixed times for play, eating and drinking. We provide healthy meals and take allergies into account. Outdoor play has a fixed place in our daily routine, giving children space to move and discover the world around them. We regularly organize excursions and activities such as swimming and creative activities. The transition to primary school is well arranged with us. We work closely with the teachers of Westerschool to ensure a smooth transition. Parents are actively involved in their child's development and we have a parent committee that helps shape our policies. We warmly welcome your child to our facility!
