Peuteropvang 't Peuterke

Peuteropvang ‘t Peuterke is located at Schoolstraat 17 in the centre of Hulsberg and is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Nuth, an organisation with over forty years of experience in providing warm, professional childcare. Up to 32 children are welcomed here each day, divided into a baby/toddler group and a pre-school group. These horizontal groups ensure that every child is surrounded by peers and that activities are perfectly tailored to their developmental stage. We follow the Dutch Early Childhood Education (VVE) programme. Through play we stimulate language, numeracy, social and motor skills. Our youngest guests receive individual attention: a familiar face, their own daily rhythm and a calm environment are key. Once children move to the pre-school group, they take part in structured VVE lessons that spark curiosity and prepare them for primary school. Think of themed projects, story time, singing and movement, always linked to the world of 2- and 3-year-olds. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. We are closed during all school holidays and official public holidays, giving parents a clear and predictable schedule. As we fall under the Childcare Act, you may receive childcare allowance; families who do not qualify can make use of a municipal subsidy scheme.
