Peuteropvang Pieter Jongeling

Peuteropvang Pieter Jongeling is located on the ground floor of Kindcentrum Gulden Bodem at Zijpendaalseweg 163 in Arnhem. Since 1 January 2024 we have been offering childcare for up to eight toddlers aged two to four under the umbrella of Stichting KOALAH. We run a small-scale, horizontal group that is open three mornings a week – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – from 08:30 to 15:00. The room we use is bright and homely and has direct access to a secure outdoor area where the children can play and explore. Our provision is rooted in the Christian identity of the school: we work from the Reformed tradition and see every child as a pearl in God’s hand. Our qualified staff provide a warm, familiar environment with room for play, development and interaction. Activities are tailored to the world of toddlers and we use the ‘Handelingsgericht Werken’ approach to meet each child’s individual needs. Parents appreciate the short lines of communication, the personal contact and the seamless transition, as children can later attend school on the same site.
