Peuteropvang Peuterhof

Peuteropvang Peuterhof is a homely daycare centre located at Dijkstraat 45 in Honselersdijk. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years, divided into horizontal groups so every child receives the attention they deserve. Our team of experienced pedagogical staff follow a clear daily rhythm in which play, sleep, meals and development alternate in a familiar pattern. Everything we do revolves around safety, security and fun. We start the day together with songs, a Bible story or themed reading. Free play follows, either indoors or outside in our spacious garden. We offer development-oriented activities such as crafts, construction, reading aloud and movement. Fruit and drinks are included; parents provide their child’s lunch. For the youngest ones we supply nappies and wipes and there is a separate nap room with individual beds. Peuterhof uses Early Childhood Education (ECE). This means we pay extra attention to language, numeracy and social skills so that children are well prepared for primary school. We tailor our activities to the child’s world of experience and actively involve parents in their son or daughter’s development. Together we ensure that every child can be themselves and joyfully discover what they can do.
