Welcome to peuteropvang Pepijn, located at Drossaardslaan 68 in the heart of Leerdam. We are part of Dichtbij Kinderopvang and offer professional, community-based toddler care close to home. Our focus is on creating a safe and stimulating environment where toddlers aged 2 to 5 can develop optimally. Our location consists of three groups: the Bijtjes, the Vlinders, and the peuterplus group the Hommels. The latter is specially designed for toddlers who thrive better in a smaller group or need extra guidance. With a VE-indication (pre-school education), we work together with parents and the social team to optimally support each child's development. Through play, we challenge children to take the next step in their development at their own pace. We observe carefully and use the Pyramid method to support our activity offerings. The play areas are thoughtfully arranged with reading corners, building areas, puzzle spots, and space for role-play. Every day, we also play outside on our friendly outdoor area with a wobble bridge and plenty of space to cycle and run. Our expert pedagogical professionals are ready for you every morning from 8:15 to 12:15 and on Mondays and Thursdays also from 13:00 to 17:00. The sessions include lunch or a meal moment. During school holidays, the toddler care is closed. We welcome your child with open arms and ensure a pleasant place where fun in play and development go hand in hand.
