Peuteropvang Klippeholm

Peuteropvang Klippeholm is located in the main building of primary school Klippeholm in the Bornholm district of Hoofddorp. We provide care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. Our goal is to prepare children for primary school through play-based learning. We follow a structured daily routine focused on discovering, experiencing, learning, movement and experimentation. Our pedagogical staff provide a safe and warm environment where every child feels seen and valued. We pay extra attention to language and learning development through games, songs, stories and creative activities. There is also plenty of opportunity for outdoor play in our green garden, where children can romp, explore and play with peers. We work in small groups with familiar faces, so children become familiar with our pedagogical staff and quickly feel at ease. There is a clear structure with fixed times for play, eating, drinking and rest. We tailor our activities to the world of experience of toddlers and provide challenging materials and play areas that match their developmental level. Parents are actively involved in their child's development. We keep parents informed of progress and provide regular feedback. We also work closely with primary school Klippeholm, which promotes a smooth transition to primary school.
