Peuteropvang Heerdstee

Peuteropvang Heerdstee is part of Stichting VCOG Kinderopvang and is located at the Integral Child Centre (IKC) De Heerdstee at Bentismaheerd 1 in Groningen-Beijum. We provide professional toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a small-scale, homely environment. There is space for up to 16 children, ensuring each child receives the personal attention they deserve. Our approach is tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. We work with a clear structure and calm daily rhythm, so children feel safe and secure. Learning through play is central: we stimulate language development, social skills and independence through play. We offer pre-school education (VE), preparing children for primary school. Activities are age-appropriate and take place both indoors and outdoors. Parents are very welcome at our centre. We believe good cooperation with parents is essential for a child’s development. There is ample opportunity for parental involvement and we regularly update parents on their child’s progress. Peuteropvang Heerdstee is open on weekdays and offers flexible childcare options, including half-day care.
