Dikkertje Dap

Dikkertje Dap is a preschool for children aged 2 to 4 years, located at Sri Lankapad 1 in Delft. We are part of the Stichting Delftse Peuterspeelscholen and have been providing professional preschool care for over 60 years in a trusted and safe environment. Our location features a spacious and bright classroom with its own entrance and a secure outdoor area where children can play freely. We follow the Uk & Puk method within the framework of Early Childhood Education (VVE). This means we support language development, social-emotional skills, and motor development through play. Each morning begins with a circle time featuring songs or stories with Puk the puppet. Then, children engage in small group activities based on themes such as 'This is me', 'Cuddles', or 'Rain'. We sing, craft, read aloud, and make music. In between, we enjoy fruit and drinks. Around 11:30 AM, we go outside to run, cycle, or play in the sandbox. Children are picked up around 12:15 PM. Parents are warmly invited to visit us. We believe it's important that you feel confident about where your child will be. You are welcome to drop by during opening hours or call 015–2615345 to schedule a visit. After attending Dikkertje Dap, your child can transition to any primary school of your choice.
