Peuteropvang De Olifant

Peuteropvang De Olifant is located within primary school De Springplank at Groeneweg 60 in Rhenen. We provide care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM during school weeks. Our pedagogical approach is aligned with that of the school, ensuring a seamless transition to primary education. We work with the recognized VVE program 'Uk en Puk', which playfully stimulates children's development in all areas: language, social-emotional, cognitive and motor skills. For each theme, parents receive an information letter and theme booklets to continue the development at home with songs, rhymes and craft activities. Our dedicated pedagogical staff are ready to provide your child with a warm and safe environment. We believe it's important that children feel safe to play and discover. In our spacious group room and enclosed outdoor playground, children can express themselves while learning through play. We pay great attention to healthy nutrition, sufficient exercise and stimulating imagination. Peuteropvang De Olifant is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Rhenen, allowing us to build on years of experience in childcare. We work closely with parents and regularly organize parent meetings to increase involvement. The childcare is closed during recognized public holidays.
