Peuteropvang de Honingbijtjes

Peuteropvang De Honingbijtjes is located on the ground floor of primary school Petrusschool at Bekkampstraat 49 in Hengevelde. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 in a safe, homely environment. Our team consists of certified pedagogical staff Marieke, Janin, Ilse and Marion, who welcome your child every morning with warmth and care. At De Honingbijtjes we follow the VVE programme Uk & Puk. Themes that connect with the world of toddlers guide our activities. Think of language games, recognizing colours, counting, taking turns and sharing fairly. Through play, children expand their world and practise skills that make the transition to primary school smooth. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Parents can choose fixed morning sessions; the minimum attendance is one morning per week. During the primary school holidays we are closed, so our schedule aligns seamlessly with that of Petrusschool. Thanks to our location within the school building, we have short lines of communication with the teachers of the kindergarten classes. This allows us to offer a continuous developmental path from toddler care to primary school. Our goal is for every child to take the next step in their development with confidence and joy.
