Peuteropvang De Ark is located in the quiet, green Bomenbuurt neighbourhood on the edge of Vianen and is part of Stichting Dichtbij Kinderopvang. We have our own cosy space inside De Ark primary school, making the eventual transition to primary education smooth and familiar. The bright, calm group room features a reading corner with sofa and books, a large table for crafts and shared meals, and construction and home corners where children can play independently or together. We follow the Piramide pre-school education programme: themes such as animals, seasons and food are woven into play, songs and stories each term. Outdoors we share the playground with the school; children can ride bikes, climb or enjoy the sandpit. We welcome up to 16 toddlers aged 2–4 on Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Professional pedagogical staff care for your child and provide all necessities, including nappies, fruit, a bread meal and drinks.
