Berend Botje

Welcome to Berend Botje daycare center, located at Poptahof Noord 448 in Delft. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe, fun and familiar environment where every child has the space to grow and develop. Our daycare center has 32 places and works with horizontal groups, where children are cared for in age groups. Berend Botje is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 142630810. We offer preschool education (VE), providing children from 2.5 years old with at least 960 hours of preschool education within one and a half years. We do this according to a concrete and measurable pedagogical policy plan, in which we describe how our program is structured. Our location is housed in a building that also accommodates primary schools, which promotes a smooth transition to primary education. We have our own outdoor space where children can play and explore. The indoor spaces are safe, accessible and appropriately furnished according to the age and number of children we care for. Our pedagogical staff are professional and well-trained. They create a warm and stimulating environment in which children feel safe and can develop. We believe it is important that children learn through play and can develop at their own pace.
