Peuteropvang Spoorzoeker is part of Flow kinderopvang and is located in the brand-new building of primary school De Spoorzoeker at Plein 38, Kerkrade-West. We provide developmental toddler care for children aged 2 to 4. Playing, learning and discovering are at the heart of everything we do. No two children are the same, so we tailor our activities and themes to each child’s world of experience. Our committed pedagogical staff guide your child safely and lovingly on the journey to primary school. We follow the Early Childhood Education (VVE) programme ‘Speelplezier’. Play comes first, while language and other developmental areas are offered in a playful way. From age 2 your child attends two half-days a week; from 2.5 years this can be expanded to four half-days, subject to availability. We are open 46 weeks a year, including 6 holiday weeks. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 08:15-12:15 and 12:45-15:45. Our location works closely with primary school De Spoorzoeker. We align VVE themes, organise joint activities and ensure a smooth transition to primary education. Four times a year we hold a coupling meeting to discuss the continuous learning line. Parents stay informed through our parent app, where you can also easily report absence or send messages. Healthy food is part of healthy development. We therefore provide fruit and drinks according to the ‘Wheel of Five’. Periodic mentor conversations allow us to monitor your child’s development together.
