Pippeloentje

Welcome to Peutergroep Pippeloentje, located at Goudmos 67 in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. We are part of Quadrant Kindercentra and provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our focus is on safety, trust, and development. We follow a clear daily structure that aligns with the needs of young children. Our pedagogical staff give each child the attention and care they need. The morning starts with free play, where children can choose from various corners such as the construction area, home corner, or reading nook. Then we enjoy fruit together and sing songs. After that, we go outside: in good weather, we open the sandbox and use ride-on toys, balls, and other outdoor play equipment. This supports gross motor skills and social interaction. We work with weekly themes and select a book that matches the theme. This book is read daily to help children expand their vocabulary and better understand the story. We also sing a goodbye song so children know the morning is ending and it's time to go home. Peutergroep Pippeloentje also offers early childhood education (VVE), preparing children for primary school through play. We are co-located with Prins Willem-Alexander primary school, ensuring a smooth transition to formal education. We value personal contact with parents.
