Peutergroep Pardoes

Peutergroep Pardoes is located at Generaal Hakewill Smithlaan 1 in the Klarenbeek residential area of Middelburg. Together with BSO Pardoes we form one location of Kinderopvang Walcheren (KOW). Our toddler group is specially designed for children aged 2 to 4 and offers a safe, familiar environment in which toddlers can develop through play. Each week the children attend two four-hour sessions. Our permanent team of professional pedagogical staff provides a structured programme full of challenging activities and games. We consciously work on skills such as language development, playing together, taking turns, putting on a coat, balancing and recognising emotions. Through this play-based approach we prepare your child as well as possible for primary school. Peutergroep Pardoes uses pre-school education (VE) and is aligned with the Christian identity of KOW. The Bible is the starting point for our way of dealing with each other, which for families from a Christian-Reformed background fits in nicely with the home situation. During school holidays the toddler group is closed. Our spacious, green outdoor playground invites exploration and movement. We believe it is important that children can play and learn both indoors and outdoors. Fruit and drinks are always available for the children.
