Peutergroep Montessori Lindenholt

Peutergroep Montessori Lindenholt is located inside the main building of Basisschool Montessori Lindenholt at Leuvensbroek 2004 in Nijmegen. We provide care for up to 16 children from the age of 2. Our programme is rooted in the educational philosophy of Maria Montessori. We treat every child as a unique individual and tailor our guidance to each toddler’s own pace. Our professional staff create an inviting and stimulating environment where children can explore and develop emotionally, physically, socially and creatively. Maria Montessori’s guiding principle—“Help me to do it myself”—is central to our approach. We offer Early Childhood Education (ECE) using the Uk en Puk method. This programme supports children in learning through play and developing language, motor skills and social abilities, preparing them well for primary school. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The toddler group works closely with the primary school: pupils from various classes come to help with activities, reading or dancing. This creates a continuous developmental line and a familiar transition into primary education.
