Peuteropvang Mattheus

Welcome to Peuteropvang Mattheus, located at Nigerdreef 8 in Utrecht. We are part of Kind&co ludens, the largest social childcare organization in the Netherlands. Our focus is on learning through play and development. We provide a rich play environment where children aged 2 to 4 can play and discover together. Our toddler care is specially designed for young children in this important phase of their development. We work with a clear daily schedule and offer a wide range of activities. Think of language and math games, crafts, and lots of outdoor play. Everything is aimed at preparing children for primary school. We believe it's important that children enjoy learning and can develop at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff are well-trained and have an eye for the individual child. They guide children in their social-emotional, cognitive, and motor development. We work closely with parents and value open communication. Together we ensure that every child feels safe and comfortable with us. We provide care on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:15 to 12:15. This is a half-day care, specifically tailored to the needs of toddlers. We have our own outdoor playground where children can run, play, and discover. Fresh fruit and drinks are always available, and we take into account any allergies or dietary requirements.
