Peutergroep Kastanjeplein is located within the Goede Herderschool child-centre at Kastanjeplein 6, Rotterdam-Schiebroek. We provide small-scale, professional daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely and secure setting. Our qualified staff follow the national Early Childhood Education programmes “Ben ik in Beeld” and “Puk & Ko”, supporting language and social-emotional development through play. Our daily routine offers structure and predictability: reading aloud, singing, arts & crafts and outdoor discovery alternate with quiet rest times. Babies keep the rhythm they are used to at home, nap outside in the fresh air and receive formula feeding on their familiar schedule. Diapers and formula are included, allowing parents to work or study worry-free. A spacious garden invites children to run, climb and dig in the sand. Whenever the weather allows, we spend much of the day outside; even naps may take place outdoors. We cooperate closely with the neighbouring playgroup and can take or collect your child from the playgroup sessions, giving you flexible childcare without extra drop-off or pick-up trips.
