Peuteropvang De Watertoren

Peuteropvang De Watertoren is located in primary school De Golfslag in the Overvecht-Noord district of Utrecht. We provide toddler care with pre-school education (VVE) for children aged 2 to 4. Under the flag of childcare organization Kind&Co Ludens, we work intensively with the school and other partners in the neighborhood, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education for your child. Our spacious, bright classrooms are situated on the ground floor of the school. Inside, a dedicated toddler square is set up where children can explore, climb, clamber and cycle. The groups are horizontally structured: children play and learn with peers in a familiar environment. We follow a fixed daily routine that provides peace and regularity. Through play, we practice language, numeracy and social skills through reading aloud, singing, drawing and movement. We pay great attention to the Dutch language and use recognized VVE methodologies. Outside we have a safe, green playground with challenging play equipment. In fine weather we make daily use of this outdoor space to run, cycle and discover nature. Our experienced pedagogical staff closely monitor each child's development and tailor activities to individual needs. Together with parents we discuss progress and provide tips for practice at home. At Peuteropvang De Watertoren, the joy of learning is central. We offer a warm, safe place where your child can develop at his or her own pace.
