Peutergroep de Trinoom

Peutergroep de Trinoom is located at Olmenwede 1 in Barendrecht and is part of the Stichting Katholieke Peuteropvang Rotterdam (SKPR). We provide care for up to 15 toddlers aged 2 to 4 in a safe, homely environment. Our experienced team of pedagogical staff works closely with the adjacent primary school De Trinoom, ensuring a smooth transition into primary education. Early childhood education (VE) is central to our approach. We use familiar themes that connect with toddlers’ world of experience and stimulate language development, social skills and independence through play. The space is rich and challenging, with corners where children can build, hide, craft or quietly look at a book. We work in a horizontal group, so that children of the same age can grow and challenge each other together. Parents can choose half-day or full-day care. We believe it is important that every child is seen for who he or she is and is allowed to develop at his or her own pace. Together with parents, we regularly discuss what a child needs in terms of support or extra challenge. In this way, we turn the toddler years into a real adventure full of discovery and growth.
