Peuteropvang De Kleine Wijzer is quietly located in a beautiful park at Jan van Ransdorpstraat 32 in Utrecht. Our classroom is situated within the primary school building of Wijzer aan de Vecht. From our new, bright and spacious classroom we have a beautiful view of the greenery, allowing us to observe and experience the seasons together with the children. We experience summer, autumn, winter and spring by looking at the trees, smelling the flowers, splashing in puddles and observing small animals. At our facility, toddlers can enjoy playing at the discovery table, in the gymnasium, with puzzles in various shapes and difficulty levels, in the 'home corner', with trains and cars, and much more fun activities. They learn to play nicely, independently or together with others. We coordinate certain themes and activities with the kindergarten classes. The toddlers see what the older children are doing, already know the teachers, and we can easily visit each other's classrooms. This way, our toddlers become familiar with the school environment at an early age, ensuring a smooth transition to primary school. Peuteropvang De Kleine Wijzer works closely with Kind & Co Ludens, a professional childcare organization focused on the development of young children. We provide a safe and stimulating environment where toddlers learn and grow through play. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in guiding children aged 2 to 4 years and ensure a warm and familiar atmosphere.
