Peutergroep De Draaitol at Nutsschool is located in the same building as primary school Nutsschool Lankforst in the Lankforst district of Nijmegen. We provide toddler care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. The centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide the toddlers using a VVE programme (Early Childhood Education). This programme stimulates your child’s overall development and playfully prepares them for primary school. We focus on language, motor skills, social development and numeracy. All activities are tailored to each child’s level and interests. Because we are located on a school site, the toddlers can become familiar with the school environment at an early age. We regularly visit the kindergarten classes and can join in celebrations such as Sinterklaas and Christmas. This collaboration creates a seamless transition between toddler care and primary education and makes the move to school easier for your child. We believe it is important that your child feels safe and secure. Our small group size offers calm and overview, allowing for plenty of individual attention.
