Welcome to Peutercombi voorschool Impe Dimpe, our warm preschool in the heart of Amsterdam-Zuid. We are part of Stichting Combiwel voor Kinderen, a non-profit organization that has been involved in the upbringing and development of Amsterdam children for over 100 years. Our location at Hondecoeterstraat 6 provides a safe and challenging environment where toddlers aged 2 to 4 can develop optimally. At Peutercombi voorschool Impe Dimpe, we believe that toddlers learn best through play and discovery. Our pedagogical staff create a cozy atmosphere every day where children can play together, learn new things, and explore to their heart's content. We work with attractive activities and educational themes that connect with toddlers' world of experience. Our 'tailored adventures' are specially designed to spark children's curiosity and stimulate their development. Our preschool is open 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 13:30. We are open year-round, 52 weeks per year. This offers parents flexibility and children a familiar routine. We provide half-day care, during which children are offered a healthy lunch and snacks. Our groups are small and manageable, allowing us to give individual attention to each child. As a VVE location (Pre- and Early School Education), we work specifically on language development and social skills. We prepare children for primary school in a playful way through thematic work and development-oriented activities. Our experienced pedagogical staff are specialized in toddler development and know exactly how to challenge and stimulate children at their own level.
