Peuterspeelzaal Zuid-West is located on the ground floor of the Vogelvlucht community center at Boshuizerlaan 5 in Leiden. As part of Splopvang, we work together with parents and partner organizations in the heart of the neighborhood to optimally support toddlers' development. Our location features a spacious green outdoor playground with sandbox and slide, surrounded by many trees where children can splash through the mud in their boots. We provide preschool education (VVE), where our pedagogical staff are highly skilled and successfully involve parents with pleasure in their children's learning process. Due to our location in the community center, we have intensive contact with the social neighborhood team, Buzz and JES Rijnland. Additionally, we maintain regular contact with teachers from nearby primary schools Leimundo and de Ley for a smooth transition to elementary school. Our pedagogical team consists of Iris, Linda (coach), Liesbeth (team leader), Nadia and Caroline. We are open every weekday from 08:30 to 12:30 hours and offer a safe, stimulating environment where toddlers can learn and grow through play.
