Partou BSO Wildheuvel 1

Welcome to Partou BSO Wildheuvel 1, located in a charming converted house in the Heuveleind/Heivelden neighborhood of Best. Our after-school care center feels like a true BSO home, with themed rooms that invite children to explore, play and relax. We offer a cozy living kitchen, a games room, a fantasy room, a construction room, a children's studio and a challenging garden. For older children, we have a special '8+ space' that they helped design themselves – a place made just for them. Our location is within walking distance of several primary schools, including Kindcentrum Antonius, De Klimboon and De Heydonck. We safely pick up children after school and bring them to our BSO, where they can stay until 6:30 PM. We work with three base groups: Lelie, Roos and Zonnebloem. Within these groups, safety, familiarity and room for personal choice are central. Children decide where and with whom they play – inside in one of the themed rooms or outside in our green garden. Sports and movement, creative activities and nature experiences are key parts of our program. We regularly organize activities outside the location and make use of nearby playgrounds and green spaces. During holidays, the fun continues with special vacation schedules featuring exciting outings and themed days. Parents stay involved through the Partou parent app, where you can find the daily rhythm, request extra care or swap days, and stay updated on newsletters and activities. We value parent participation – from the annual spring festival to joining themed activities – together we make it meaningful. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM. During study days and vacations, we offer extended care from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Together with our pedagogical staff, coaches and parents, we create a warm, safe place where children feel at home.
