BSO Nijbroek

Welcome to BSO Nijbroek! We are located right in the heart of the village, on the ground floor of Ten Holtens Erve primary school at Middendijk 53. We are a close-knit, small-scale group: a maximum of eleven children share one homely space, so everyone really knows each other and we can quickly respond to whatever you enjoy. As soon as the school bell rings, we put on our safety vests and walk – on foot, by bike or by taxi – straight from Ten Holtens Erve to our after-school care. No long travel time, just down the corridor and we’re there. Parents receive an immediate message via our Partou app so they know everything went smoothly. For us, it’s all about fun, movement and discovery. Behind the school is a large square with trees and bushes: the perfect spot for hide-and-seek, football or simply running around. Inside you’ll find everything you need to get creative: crafting, cooking, doing experiments – “the ones that go bang” are allowed, as long as it’s safe. For gifted children we offer extra challenging activities so everyone can develop at their own level. We follow Partou’s six pedagogical building blocks: a clear climate in which every child feels safe, seen and challenged. Our pedagogical professionals are ready to play, think along and sometimes just listen. Every day we provide a fresh, healthy meal so no one goes home with a rumbling tummy.
