Move-it

Welcome to Move-it, our sports after-school care located at Marcel Duchampplein 810 in Rotterdam Nesselande. We are part of Partou and provide out-of-school care for up to 180 children aged 4 to 12. Our location is right next to Het Tangram primary school and the OMHC hockey fields, so children can come straight to us after class. At Move-it everything revolves around movement, discovery and fun. We are a true sports BSO: children can burn off energy on the hockey pitch, join a tough bootcamp or take part in creative dance and gymnastics workshops. Our pedagogical professionals are ready every day with a varied programme. Toddlers play in our cosy indoor spaces, for example at the water table, while older children choose from sporty and creative activities such as vlogging, archery or a silent disco. We work together with the Partou activity team that regularly organises great workshops and events. Think of the annual Mud Day and Dance Battle, or holiday programmes in which we put together a super fun programme together with the BSO team. We also offer before-school care where children can have breakfast and play before school starts. We pick up children from KBS Het Tangram, Het Spectrum and Passe-Partout. For safety, the children wear a vest when they are picked up. Parents stay informed through our own app, with which we share daily photos and messages. Every day we end with a healthy meal from SuperFit Gennep, put together by a nutritionist. So your child goes home not only satisfied, but also well fed. At Move-it we believe that every child should feel safe and seen. We work from a strong pedagogical climate in which children grow in self-confidence and resilience through play.
