Partou KDV Victorieplein 11

Welcome to Partou Daycare Victorieplein 11, located in a historic school building at Victorieplein in the heart of Amsterdam's Rivierenbuurt district. Since January 1, 2010, we have been providing childcare for up to 74 children aged 0 to 4 years at this location. Our daycare center is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 490761276 and is supervised by the GGD Amsterdam. Our monumental three-story building features large, bright spaces where children can freely develop. We work with horizontal groups, where babies, toddlers, and preschoolers are cared for in age-specific groups. Each group has its own dedicated childcare professionals who closely monitor your child's development. Our garden is a true discovery garden where children can play, run, and romp. We offer toddler gymnastics in our own gym and regularly organize cooking activities where children bake their own bread rolls or prepare healthy snacks. At Partou Victorieplein 11, we believe children learn through play. We therefore work with preschool education (VE) according to the 'Startblokken' program. Our childcare professionals are specially trained to stimulate language development in young children. We sing songs, tell stories, and use visual and audio materials to expand vocabulary. We also focus on mathematics through games and counting blocks or marbles. For the youngest children, we have a separate baby room with quiet sleeping areas where your child can sleep in their own bed. We maintain the home sleep rhythm as much as possible and carefully record everything in our app, so you know exactly how your child experienced the day. For toddlers, there is a special toddler group where they can play with peers and prepare for elementary school. We work with themes such as 'the forest', 'animals', or 'traffic' and align our activities accordingly. Our location is easily accessible by both car and public transport. We work with a digital attendance registration system and parents can always see how their child is doing through our app. During drop-off and pick-up times, there is plenty of opportunity to chat with the childcare professionals about your child's development.
