Welcome to Partou KDV Oceaan 8, our daycare centre located in the heart of the modern Vathorst district in Amersfoort. Housed within the De Bron primary school building, we provide a unique environment where children aged 0 to 4 can safely grow and thrive. Our location offers 99 places and is carefully designed to meet the needs of the youngest children. At Partou Oceaan 8, we follow our pedagogical policy focused on the development of each child. We offer horizontal groups, meaning children are grouped by age. Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers each have their own groups tailored to their specific developmental needs. Our experienced childcare professionals are dedicated to providing your child with the best care and attention. We believe children learn and discover through play. That's why we offer a wide range of activities including music, arts and crafts, reading in our library, cooking and baking, and plenty of outdoor play. We have our own garden where children can safely play and explore. We also regularly organise excursions to help children discover the world around them. For the youngest children, we provide nappies, wipes, and bottle feeding. For older children, we provide bread meals, hot meals, and healthy snacks. We accommodate allergies and dietary requirements such as vegetarian and halal. We use an app to keep parents informed about their child's development and daily activities. Our location also offers preschool education (VVE) to prepare children for primary school. We believe it's important that children not only play but also learn and grow.
