Located in the green and peaceful residential area of Nieuw-Buinen, our daycare centre at Noorderdiep 135 offers a warm and small-scale environment for your child. Housed in the multifunctional centre ‘Noorderbreedte’, we provide 32 childcare places where every child is welcomed and valued. Led by location manager Janneke van Harten, our team believes that every child is unique, special and beautiful – a belief that guides our daily interactions and activities. Our rooms are cosy and inviting, designed to make children feel safe and inspired to explore. We are proud of our large, challenging garden with a lawn and play hill, where children can cycle, run and play freely. We regularly visit the nearby playground, walk to the library and toy library, and once a month we visit the elderly residents of a local care home. These visits create meaningful connections for both the children and the residents. We use the VVE programme Uk & Puk to prepare children for primary school in a playful way. Our pedagogical professionals support children’s development using Partou’s six building blocks, focusing on resilience and self-confidence. Every day we serve fresh and healthy meals, and parents stay informed through our dedicated app, sharing in every milestone and smile. We offer childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years and have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2010 under number 114240395.
