Welcome to Partou KDV Huijgenslaan 41, our intimate daycare centre in the green Bergkwartier district of Amersfoort. Surrounded by trees and nature, we offer a safe second home for up to 16 children from 0 to 4 years old. Registered in the National Childcare Register since 19 June 2017, we actively provide Early Childhood Education (ECE) to prepare your child for primary school. Everything we do is about giving children a powerful start. Our qualified pedagogical professionals create a warm climate in which every child feels seen and secure. Guided by six pedagogical building blocks, children learn through play—making first friends, discovering the world and building self-confidence. The daily rhythm is calm and predictable: after a welcoming circle we explore our green discovery garden where children ride bikes, build sandcastles and experience nature. Music is part of the programme too; we sing together and practise taking turns. We use horizontal grouping, so babies, toddlers and preschoolers play in age-specific rooms tailored to their developmental stage. We supply nappies and wipes, provide bottle feeding according to your wishes and serve healthy snacks and bread meals. Children with allergies or special dietary needs receive individual care. After lunch the children rest in separate sleeping rooms; fresh air and the wooded surroundings create a naturally soothing atmosphere. Through our own Partou app the team shares photos, reports and special moments so you can follow your child’s day. We value parent involvement and regularly invite you for conversations and joint activities.
