Welcome to Partou daycare Heerenduinweg 6c in IJmuiden. Our bright, spacious building sits at the edge of the dunes and welcomes up to 61 children aged 0 to 4. The children’s favourite place is our large natural garden with little hills, a crawl-through tunnel and plenty of space to run and play. We love to explore the outdoors: walks through the dunes or trips to nearby playgrounds. Inside we sing songs, do crafts and read stories together. We follow the Partou Pedagogy and provide pre-school education (VVE) to support every child’s development. Qualified, caring staff work in small horizontal age groups. Each child has a dedicated mentor who tracks daily progress and schedules an annual development meeting with parents. The Partou parent app keeps you updated with photos, sleep and meal times and lets you request extra days or swap days when space allows. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 6:30 pm. We close on public holidays and two staff training days per year (dates shared in the app). Fresh, healthy meals—hot lunches, bread meals, fruit and drinks—are included and we accommodate allergies and special diets. Babies receive formula, nappies and care products. Children nap in quiet sleep rooms and, in summer, enjoy outdoor sleeping in fresh air. Parents are our partners. During a personal intake you share everything about your child so we can align home and daycare routines. Together we create a safe, familiar and stimulating environment for your child to grow.
