Welcome to Partou BSO Kanaalweg 176, our after-school care centre in Utrecht. Our building is located on the Marco van Basten sports park at Kanaalweg 176, right next to the water. From the centre the children look out over the canal and watch boats pass by all day long. The spacious playground surrounding the building borders directly on sports fields, so there is always plenty of room to run, play and be active. We provide care for up to 66 children aged 4 to 12. The groups are organised according to primary-school class composition, so friends can stay together. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready to welcome the children after school and guide them in relaxation, play and development. Every afternoon starts with a healthy snack and drink so everyone can unwind from the school day. Children then choose what they want to do. We organise sports and games on our own playground and the adjoining sports park, but there is also a quiet corner with books and craft materials for those who want to relax. Our regular themes – such as nature, technology or creative projects – are alternated with workshops and local outings. Parents follow their child’s adventures through our Partou app. We share photos, videos and short reports so you never miss any of your son’s or daughter’s experiences.
