Partou BSO Eikenlaan 23

Welcome to Partou BSO Eikenlaan 23, located in the Berkum district of Zwolle. Our after-school care is situated on the ground floor of primary school De Duyvencamp, with whom we have been working closely for many years. We provide care for up to 66 children across three age groups. The Vliegende Duyven and Het Duyvenhonk are two groups for children aged 4 to about 6. Older children, from about 7 up to 13 years, attend De Tortelduyven at Boerendanserdijk 55 next to VV Berkum. Our site features a large outdoor area with its own playground, a football pitch and a play park that we use regularly. Every day we organise fun and challenging activities including sports and games, arts and crafts, and nature experiences. We also take part in workshops such as ‘boot camp’ and the ‘Discovery Bus’. We join in Partou-wide themes and collaborate with local partners such as Stadskamer Library and Odeon. We collect children after school from De Duyvencamp and nearby schools. During holidays and teacher-training days we offer full-day care with a varied activity programme. Parents receive daily photos and messages through the Partou parent app and can always contact our location manager for questions or a personal conversation. Our pedagogical team consists of qualified childcare professionals who spend at least 50 hours a year on policy and 14.4 hours on coaching. We follow the Partou pedagogy, which leaves room for children’s own initiative, relaxation and development. Together we create a safe, warm place where children feel at home and are happy to come.
