Pancratius

Pancratius is our after-school care facility located at Paradijslaan 8 in Alphen aan den Rijn. We provide care for up to 48 children from 6 years and 4 months onwards, who transition here from BSO Servatius. When children reach 8.5 years, they move on to BSO Speelvilla. Our building offers spacious and diverse areas for children to explore. We have a large living area for play and relaxation, a dedicated arts and crafts room where creativity flourishes, a chill-out space for quiet moments, and a stage area for dance and drama activities. In our well-equipped kitchen, children learn about healthy eating while preparing nutritious snacks together. Physical activity is an integral part of our program. We have access to the gymnasium and school playground of the adjacent school, complete with football cage and sandbox. Our extensive collection of sports and play equipment allows us to organize activities that match children's interests - from football to tag games, from dance to theater performances. We maintain close partnerships with Bonifacius primary school and other nearby schools. Our qualified pedagogical staff collect children on foot from school. For schools located further away, we operate our own bicycle buses or have arrangements with taxi services to ensure every child arrives safely. Our regular care hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:45 to 18:30. On Wednesday and Friday, care is provided at BSO Servatius. During school holidays, we are open from 07:30 to 18:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We believe in creating a home-away-from-home environment where children feel safe to be themselves while learning and developing new skills through play.
