SKSG Paddeltje

Welcome to SKSG Paddeltje, our homely after-school care centre located at Loefzijde 4 in the green Lewenborg district. We provide out-of-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar environment where every child quickly feels at home. Our pedagogical staff offer personal attention every day and encourage children to make their own choices in activities and to help plan the daily schedule. At Paddeltje we believe it is important that children can relax after school and discover new things at the same time. We work with changing themes and link educational activities to them, always tailored to the age and interests of the children. Our spacious, naturally designed garden invites outdoor play and exploration. Even when it rains we put on our outdoor suits and go outside, because fresh air is healthy! Healthy food is part of a healthy lifestyle. We therefore provide responsible and tasty snacks that are appropriate for your child's age. Think of fresh fruit, whole-wheat crackers and healthy drinks. In this way children learn in a playful way that healthy can also be very tasty. Our location is quietly situated in a green area and is easily accessible for parents from the neighbourhood and from the direction of Delfzijl. We work together with primary schools in the area, including De Swoaistee and Het Kompas, so that the transition from school to after-school care runs smoothly.
