Welcome to Paarden BSO, the after-school care for children aged 7 and up who love horses! We are located at Stal Liza, Slagterslaan 32 in Berkhout – a friendly riding school and livery stable offering dressage and jumping lessons. Everything at our BSO revolves around horses and ponies. Children spend the entire afternoon caring for our horses and ponies, while also enjoying activities on the premises or in the nearby park. Outdoor play, nature activities and sporty challenges are all organised with the animals’ well-being at heart. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 14:00 to 18:30. During school holidays Paarden BSO is closed. Children from all primary schools in Hoorn and Koggenland are welcome. Transport to and from school is arranged by Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland, giving parents peace of mind. There are no additional fees for placement at Paarden BSO; you simply pay the regular after-school care rate. We invite you to book a tour, experience the atmosphere and see how we work.
