Outdoor BSO De Pekelinge

Outdoor BSO De Pekelinge is a unique after-school care facility located on the grounds of camping De Pekelinge at Landmetersweg 1D in Oostkapelle. We provide adventurous childcare for children aged 4 to 13 years in partnership with primary school De Aventurijn in Middelburg. Our location is situated in the beautiful countryside of Oostkapelle, where children can release their energy every afternoon in a green environment. Outdoor play and movement are central to our approach. Children can ride on our pump track, compete in exciting poulball matches, practice focused archery, and conquer the highest point of our climbing wall. Is it raining? No problem! We simply bring extra clothing or move indoors. During severe weather like thunderstorms, we use our indoor playground with climbing nets and recreation room where we enjoy creative crafts, games, and table football. After school, our pedagogical staff bring the children from De Aventurijn to our outdoor location. Together they follow a varied program with different activities and themes. Every afternoon is a surprise! At the end of the afternoon, parents can pick up their children between 17:45 and 18:00 at De Aventurijn, or earlier between 17:00 and 17:15 directly at our outdoor location. Our outdoor BSO is specially designed for children who love adventure and being outdoors. We work with small groups so that each child receives the attention they deserve. During school holidays our location is closed, but we are happy to think along about alternative childcare options.
