Welcome to Öppendöpke Daycare ien ’t Brook, located at Hennemettenstraat 12 in the heart of Gronsveld. As part of the private childcare organisation Öppendöpke, we have been providing trusted, home-like care for children aged 0 to 4 for over ten years. Our location offers a maximum of 12 places, allowing us to work on a small scale and give every child the personal attention they deserve. Everything we do revolves around creating a safe, warm environment that feels as much like home as possible. We use horizontal grouping: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are placed in separate age groups so that activities, rest periods and care perfectly match each child’s developmental stage. Each group is led by a fixed team of pedagogical staff, ensuring your child always sees familiar faces and can build strong bonds. Our daily routine is clear and predictable: play, sleep, eat and cuddle follow a calm rhythm. For the youngest we provide bottle feeds at set times, nappy changes and cosy sleeping areas with cots. Toddlers and pre-schoolers enjoy a varied range of play and discovery materials that invite sensory experiences, motor development and language stimulation. In between we serve healthy snacks and drinks; everything is included in the hourly rate. Outside we have a secure garden with play equipment and a sandpit, where children can enjoy fresh air and free movement every day. In bad weather we use our spacious indoor corners: construction corner, reading corner and craft table. Parents can choose fixed half-days (morning or afternoon) or full-day care; flexible hours are also possible.
