Tuselant

BSO 't Tuselant is located in the same building as primary school 't Tuselant at Duinroosstraat 2 in the Nieuw Den Helder district. We work closely with Monter Kinderopvang, who provides the after-school care at this location. The groups are organized by age: children aged 4-7 are together in one group, and children aged 7-12 in another. We pick up the children directly from their classrooms after school and start right away with fun activities. Our space borders the school playground and the dunes, allowing us to spend lots of time playing and exploring outdoors. We use the school's discovery and experience garden and regularly organize sports and games activities in the gym. Children have the freedom to choose what they want to do: building in the sandbox, crafting, playing games, or simply enjoying outdoor play. We believe it's important that children feel safe and at home with us. During school weeks we are open from the end of the school day until 6:30 PM. During school holidays we offer full-day care from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a varied program including outings and creative projects. Parents register their child through Monter Kinderopvang and can make use of childcare allowance.
