Welcome to Okido Childcare B.V. located at Obrechtstraat 1 in Oss. We are a daycare centre (KDV) for children aged 0 to 4, offering a safe, homely environment where every child is given space to develop at their own pace. With three locations in Oss, we are flexible and close to home. At Okido we follow the Early Childhood Education programme ‘Uk & Puk’. Our cheerful friend Puk – easily recognised by his bright yellow fur, blue hat and green dungarees – guides the children through playful themes that change every six weeks. In this way toddlers and babies learn to talk, move and play together while having fun. Even the youngest children feel at home thanks to the warm, familiar atmosphere created by Puk. Our professional and friendly pedagogical staff are ready every day from 06:00 to 18:30, five days a week (excluding official public holidays). We work in small, horizontal groups so that every child receives plenty of personal attention. The spacious outdoor play area invites discovery and movement, while the quiet bedrooms provide a familiar place for a nap. Healthy food is a matter of course for us: we serve a warm, nutritious meal and varied snacks with little sugar. Does your child have a special diet, allergy or medication? We are happy to take it into account. Safety and transparency are high on our list of priorities: the team provides continuous safe supervision without restricting the child’s freedom. Playing together, sharing together and mutual respect form the basis of our norms and values. We believe it is important that children feel at home and learn how to interact with others.
