Welcome to KDV Parkmeester, part of Norlandia Kinderopvang Rotterdam B.V. Located in the heart of the new Park16Hoven district, we provide children aged 0 to 4 with all the space they need to explore on their own. Our facility at Einthovenpad 19 has five groups: three baby and toddler groups and two preschool groups, including a special group for early childhood education (VE). Every child is assigned a permanent home group and a dedicated mentor who closely monitors their development. Our experienced, close-knit and stable teams of pedagogical staff ensure that parents always see a familiar face. We believe children learn by doing things themselves, from spreading a cracker to putting on a jacket. Therefore, we offer a safe environment in which they can experiment and discover. Early childhood education (VE) is specially designed for toddlers who can use an extra boost in preparation for primary school. The focus is on language development, so that children expand their vocabulary and learn to communicate better. We also pay attention to social-emotional and motor development. The VE group is supervised by VE-certified staff or staff who are being trained for this. We work with a personal approach. During the intake, parents get to know our team and once a year we invite them for a parent meeting. This keeps the lines of communication short and allows us to optimally tailor the care and development of each child to the wishes of the family.
