Nijntje

Welcome to daycare Nijntje, located at Mgr. Nolensplein 1 in Breda. We are part of Kober, a professional childcare organization with over 200 locations throughout West-Brabant. Our facility is situated in a separate wing of primary school de Parel, which is part of Huis van de Heuvel, a multifunctional accommodation that also houses various child-focused care professionals. At Nijntje, we believe it's essential that children feel safe and at home. We provide care for babies and toddlers aged 0 to 4 years in three different groups: a baby group (0-2 years), a toddler group (2-4 years), and a vertical group. Each group has its own space with French doors opening onto our spacious, green garden. This garden offers plenty of challenges with an outdoor kitchen, large sandbox, and various play corners. Our large play hall is the heart of our location. Here you'll find a generous reading corner where we read aloud daily to stimulate language development, a children's kitchen where we regularly cook and bake together, and low tables for crafts and games. We also occasionally organize children's yoga and music activities with a music teacher. For extra freedom of movement, we regularly make trips to Heuvelbrink playground and the Haagsemarkt in Princehage. We work closely with various partners within Huis van de Heuvel, such as children's physiotherapy, speech therapy, youth healthcare, and Kentalis. This allows us to provide additional support when needed. We value parent involvement and invite parents to cook with their child. Through our Parent App, we keep you updated daily on your child's experiences. All our prices include food and drinks, fruit and healthy snacks, diapers, and all extra activities.
