Peuterspeelgroep Nijntje

Peuterspeelgroep Nijntje is located at Boekhorsterweg 15 in Oosterwolde and is part of Stichting Scala. We are open five days a week and provide care for up to 32 children, divided over two horizontal groups: Nijntje 1 and Nijntje 2. Each group offers age-specific activities so that toddlers aged 2 to 4 can play and learn in a safe, familiar setting. Our pedagogical staff create a warm atmosphere in which every child has room to grow. We sing together in circle time, read picture books and do crafts at the table. Creative and language-focused activities are central: we build vocabulary, make up stories and practise rhymes and songs. We also go outside regularly; children can run around, build sandcastles and explore nature in the garden. Fruit and drinks are provided at set times and we accommodate allergies or dietary needs. Because we cooperate with primary school De Parel, we are situated right next to the kindergarten classes. This helps toddlers become familiar with the school environment and makes the transition to primary school smooth. Parents appreciate our personal approach and the enthusiasm of our staff. Toddlers come to Nijntje with pleasure and return home full of stories.
