Monkey Donky Speelhuis Hamburgerstraat

Located on the corner of Korreweg and Hamburgerstraat in Groningen, Monkey Donky Speelhuis is set in a characteristic former church – the old ‘Kandelaarkerk’. The building offers bright, spacious group rooms and generous outdoor areas. The baby and toddler groups are situated in the souterrain with large windows overlooking greenery, while the preschool group on the first floor opens onto a covered outdoor play deck adjacent to a large pond, allowing children to enjoy fresh air even on rainy days. We provide daycare for children from 0 to 4 years. Our enthusiastic, caring staff ensure every child feels safe and builds a trusting relationship with familiar faces. From this secure base children are encouraged to explore the world through play – “Just try, I’ll catch you!” All daily necessities are included: nappies, formula, fruit snacks, bread meals and drinks, plus care products such as nappy cream, sleeping bags and swaddles. Parents only need to bring a labelled bottle and a favourite cuddly toy. Flexible day packages and occasional care are available on request.
