MKC Passe Partout

Welcome to MKC Passe Partout, the very first Montessori child centre in Zoetermeer. Located at Saturnusgeel 64, we offer small-scale daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our nursery is divided into two separate groups: a baby group (0-2 years) and a toddler group (2-4 years). We follow the Montessori vision: children learn by doing and experiencing for themselves. Our motto is therefore ‘Help me to learn to do it myself’. With us, children are given every opportunity to develop at their own pace. We provide a continuous learning path from 0 to 13 years, ensuring a natural transition from daycare to primary school. Our pedagogical staff are specially trained to offer the right material at the right time. When children show that they can do it themselves, the staff take a step back. In this way we encourage independence and intrinsic motivation. We play daily in our own green outdoor space. In addition, we regularly go on outings to the deer park and the large nature playground in Burgemeester Hoekstrapark. We work with early childhood education (VE) and pay a lot of attention to language development and creative activities such as arts and crafts and gardening. We also provide breakfast, hot meals, fruit and snacks. For the very youngest we provide bottle feeding, nappies and care products. Everything is included with us, so parents can work without worry. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. Half days are possible and we use horizontal groups.
