Welcome to Mini’s Kinderdagpaleis in Monnickendam, located at Tedingh van Berkhoutplantsoen 73. Since 2008 we have been welcoming up to 21 little princes and princesses each weekday in a warm, homely atmosphere. Our setting is divided into two core groups: a baby group and a toddler group. This allows the very youngest and the toddlers to play and grow in an environment tailored exactly to their stage of development. We believe in calm, routine and familiar faces. That is why we work exclusively with permanent, qualified pedagogical staff who provide a safe foundation every single day. No temporary workers, just trusted carers who know exactly what your child needs. Each group offers a rich variety of play materials that we continually adapt to the children’s age and interests – from soft cuddly toys and wobble cushions for the babies to building blocks and dressing-up clothes for the toddlers. A special moment in our day is the communal meal. Every morning we cook fresh in our own kitchen: a hot meal with fresh vegetables, whole-grain cereals and brown rice. The whole group sits down together, because eating together is not only healthy but also great fun. For the very youngest we of course provide bottle feeding and there are always plenty of nappies in stock – everything is included in the price so you as a parent can work without worry. Our spacious, secure outdoor play area invites running, climbing and discovering. Whenever the weather allows, we go outside to play, sing and dance. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00; drop-off is between 07:00 and 09:00, pick-up from 16:00 to 17:50.
